Two (2) night minimum stay on weekends. Three (3) nights minimum on holidays.

A reasonable amount of firewood is provided at no charge.

Free local and 1-800 phone calls. Long distance calls require guests to use a calling card.

For the comfort of our guests, please there is No Smoking allowed.

Cancellation Policy

	$200 deposit due upon reservation, balance due prior to arrival.
	Cancellations will not be accepted within the period 30 days prior to the reservation date and the lodger shall be obligated to pay the entire rental amount and all fees and charges other than the security deposit.
	An Abode Away will make every attempt to re-rent the property, and if it is re-rented, the lodgers deposit will be returned less the $50.00 cancellation fee.
	Cancellations are accepted and deposit will be refunded if An Abode Away is notified before the 30 day period prior to the date of the reservation. In all cases, however, a cancellation fee of $50.00 will be deducted from the deposit.
